- Each length has a minimum total — Quick Shoot $40, Same-Day $45, Full Day and longer $50 — so short shoots with 1–2 cameras are rounded up to it.
- Prices are shown before any applicable sales tax. The deposit is a refundable hold, not a fee.

Why so cheap? We’re podcast-focused, we book by the hour, and same-day returns let us rent each kit more than once a day. We pass that on.

How the price follows your hours

- 5-hour minimum. Pick up and return on any half hour between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- The price steps up with your hours: Quick Shoot up to 5 hours, Same-Day up to 12 hours, Full Day up to 24 hours.
- Longer rentals: each extra day adds 25% of the day rate, and a full week costs 2.5 days.
- Turnaround: kits are checked, charged and formatted between rentals (we keep a 3-hour turnaround window).

Book 7+ days ahead: 5% off · 21+ days ahead: 10% off · 45+ days ahead: 15% off. The discount comes off the whole rental, lights included.

Deposit & insurance
No insurance certificate needed.
Instead we place a refundable hold on your card. You’re still responsible for loss or damage up to the gear’s replacement value — see the rental agreement.
$300 refundable deposit hold (not a charge) — placed on your card the morning of pickup. We release the hold within 24–48 hours of return; your bank may take a few days to show it. Larger kits: +$100 per camera over 3.
