How pickup works.

  1. Book online. Choose your cameras, lenses, lights and hours. Your confirmation email has the exact address and your booking reference.
  2. The deposit hold goes on. The morning of pickup we place the $300 hold on your card — a hold, not a charge.
  3. Arrive at your pickup time. Running a few minutes late? Message us by chat or reply to your confirmation email.
  4. Show your ID. A photo ID that matches the name on the card you paid with.
  5. Five-minute walkthrough. How to power the camera, start and stop recording, check the drive and pack the case.
  6. Check the cases and go. Each kit: camera, lens, tripod, SSD, two batteries, cables and charger. Plan room in your car for one case and one tripod per camera.
  7. Return on time. Bring everything back at your booked time. Kits are checked, charged and formatted between rentals (we keep a 3-hour turnaround window).
