Where every camera goes.

Camera A shoots the whole table. Camera B sits between the two guests and looks straight at the host; cameras C and D sit beside the host and look across at each guest.

Distances are camera-to-face for the Pocket 6K in 6K or 5.7K: focal length × frame width ÷ 23.1 mm sensor width. In 4K the sensor crops in, so stand about 1.5× farther back. Full distance guide

  • Seat the two guests a little apart so camera B can sit between them without either guest blocking it.
  • Camera A frames about 2.8 m across at 18 mm — enough for three people around a small table.
  • Close-up cameras C and D sit near the edge of A’s frame; check A’s screen and nudge them out.

FAQ · 4 cameras

Questions about this kit.

Deposits, pickup times and cancellations are on the full FAQ.

Four cameras or five for three people?

Four covers three people completely: a wide and a close-up each. A fifth camera is useful for a second wide angle or a long-lens close-up from further back.

Which lenses come with the kit?

Every camera includes one lens: Sigma 18–35, Tamron 24–70, Tamron 70–200 — or bring your own Canon EF lens. The plan above uses 1 × Sigma 18–35, 3 × Tamron 24–70; you can change any of them when you build the kit. See all lenses.

How much footage will I bring home?

Up to 1TB per camera — four drives’ worth after a long day. Bring a backup drive with at least 4TB free and copy every drive before you return the kit: kits are checked, charged and formatted between rentals.

How long can each camera record?

5+ hours per camera at our podcast preset (5.7K Blackmagic RAW 12:1, 24 fps) — up to ~10 hours in 4K. Each camera records to its own 1TB drive, and the camera shows the exact time left.
